Are you surprised to hear that cold showers can play a crucial role in helping your mental health?
I want you to think of a cold shower like a daily shock to your system but it is a shock that is completely natural, accessible to everyone and is something that will assist in reducing your stress. Also, importantly, having a daily cold shower will make you feel incredible amounts of energy!
As the video below shows, I have also found it to be very useful in helping to improve mood, energy and concentration.
