Wherever you are in the world right now, you are living through a time of change.

Think about it. There is no sport. Your daily commute has stopped and the pubs and clubs have closed. Some of you would even get thrown in prison if you attempted to go for a surf.

My advice to you is to not waste this once in a 100 year event. But, rather use this time to change areas of yourself that you previously made excuses for.

My greatest advantages in life results from the time of most uncertainty. It was throughout the four years treatment, multiple surgeries and a huge number of challenges where I used my time to go inwards to make changes to be the man I am today.
